Entryway beta terms

These terms describe use of Entryway’s paid-search workspace at Entryway.ai. Questions: support@entryway.ai.

Early access requests

The public waitlist collects requests for early access. It does not guarantee an invitation or launch date, create an account, or authorize a payment or subscription. Product previews illustrate a workflow in development; they are not customer results or a promise that every shown capability is currently available.

Authorized use

Use only accounts, credentials, content and advertising data you are authorized to access. Keep your sign-in and provider credentials secure. Do not attempt to access another workspace, evade limits or misuse the service.

Review and responsibility

AI drafts and recommendations can be inaccurate. Review claims, targeting, URLs, creative, budgets and proposed changes before using or approving them. You remain responsible for your advertising accounts, provider costs and compliance with the platforms you connect. Entryway does not guarantee advertising results.

Beta availability

The beta may contain defects, change or become unavailable. Preserve your own copies of important work. Features marked as previews or unavailable must not be treated as completed operations. Third-party services have their own terms, limits and availability.

Costs

Joining the waitlist is free. Existing authorized workspace members remain subject to the terms displayed when they subscribed. Any later checkout shows your selected plan and the full amount due before payment. Paid subscriptions start at that displayed amount and renew automatically at the selected quarterly (every 3 months) or yearly interval until canceled. Each plan charges the full amount for its period at purchase and renewal.

Cancel before the next billing date to avoid the next renewal. Open Settings → Usage & billing → Manage subscription & payments to update payment details or cancel in Stripe. The portal displays when cancellation takes effect and the end of the current access period. Billing management and connection removal remain available after paid access ends. Your connected AI provider and advertising platforms may charge for your use. Any paid Entryway subscription must display its price and billing terms before purchase. Participating in the beta does not itself authorize a subscription charge.

Data and access

You retain your rights in content you supply and permit Entryway to process it to provide requested features. Our privacy policy explains how we handle data. You may stop using the service, disconnect providers and contact support about export or deletion. We may restrict access needed to protect the service or investigate misuse.
