Privacy policy
Entryway operates Entryway.ai, a workspace for Google Ads analysis, planning, reports and reviewed advertising changes. Contact support@entryway.ai for privacy questions or requests.
Early access and demo requests
When you join the waitlist, we save your email address and any website or business name you choose to share. We use this information to manage early access requests and contact you about access. Joining does not create an account, authorize charges or subscribe you to general marketing emails. Addresses are kept in private intake storage available to authorized administration. Contact support@entryway.ai to request removal.
Demo requests save your email and any name, business, website or notes you choose to share in the same private intake system. We use them to respond about a demo. Submitting a request does not book a meeting or subscribe you to marketing emails.
Cloudflare Turnstile verifies form submissions to prevent spam. Cloudflare processes browser and verification signals for this purpose under its privacy policy. Your email and business details are saved by Entryway and are not sent to the verification service.
Information we process
We process your sign-in identity, connected Google account authorization, advertising account identifiers and performance data, business information and documents you supply, generated drafts, workspace settings, invitations, activity records and usage information. Clerk handles sign-in. Google authorizes access to the advertising accounts you connect.
How we use it
We use this information to provide the features you request, keep workspaces separate, maintain your connections, support account permissions, record reviewed actions, troubleshoot errors and protect the service. Connecting Google permits account access; executing an advertising change also requires the applicable in-app review and approval.
AI and service providers
When you use an AI feature, Entryway sends the relevant prompt and business or advertising context to the provider selected in your workspace. OpenRouter routes requests to the selected model provider. These services process data under their own API terms and privacy policies. Do not include information you are not authorized to share. Provider keys and Google refresh tokens are encrypted in server storage and are not returned in workspace API responses.
Hosting, authentication, storage, email and any enabled billing services process information needed to operate Entryway. We do not sell your personal information or Google user data. Entryway does not use Google user data to train generalized AI models. Entryway’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Your controls
You can disconnect providers, revoke Google access from your Google account, manage invitations and permissions, and request an export or deletion through workspace controls or support. Disconnecting a provider stops future use of that connection; saved work may remain until deleted. We retain workspace data while it is needed to provide the service, and may retain records when required for security, unresolved transactions or legal obligations. Third-party providers manage their own retention.
Cookies and security
We use session cookies and local browser storage for sign-in and workspace preferences. Access checks protect private workspace records. No service can promise absolute security; contact support if you suspect unauthorized access.
Changes
We will update this page when our practices change. Check the date above and contact us with questions.
